Went out to the garden today. Found a freakishly large zucchini. So, obviously, I made zucchini bread. Of course it's vegan, and naturally I made it at 11 o'clock at night.
I haven't taken any after pictures because I'm ashamed I already ate half of the red loaf. True, it would be better with eggs milk and butter; but, this makes the husband happy too.
