Zucchini Bread
This is evening number 2 with zucchini bread. This time I added raisins, went 1 and 1 with white and wheat flour, added about 3 cups zucchini, and 3/4 of a cup of water in loosen it up.
I'm excited to see how this one turns out. I think I will substitute the oil with applesauce, next time.
