2 month check up

It breaks my heart to go through infant vaccinations. They need me to hold her arms down while they jab 3 needles into her thighs. It's cruel. Although, Polio is cruel too.....

They are forwarding us to an ENT specialist because baby has a little white mass in her throat that they want looked at. Doctor didn't seem overly concerned about it, just wanted to identify it and monitor it (or remove it if necessary). So I'm trying to not to flip out as my newly vaccinated (aka SCREAMING) baby is peeing on my arm and she's telling me she can schedule the appointment for me. Yeah, cause I've got my hands full at the moment.
After a moment of reflection, I'm fine. Going forward it'll just be a weird little thing that they scrape off and someday I'll remember only vaguely.

What it did remind me of is how much I love the Boys Town Pediatrics system. All the doctors and P.A.s are amazing people. You really get the whole package when you see their doctors. I can't recommend them highly enough.
